6. CARE OF HORSE
The Stable agrees to provide reasonable care, feeding, shelter, and daily supervision for the horse during the boarding term.

Unless otherwise agreed, the Stable is not responsible for training, exercising, or transporting the horse.

7. RISK AND LIABILITY
The Horse Owner understands that horse activities involve inherent risks.

The Horse Owner agrees that the Stable shall not be responsible for illness, injury, theft, escape, loss, death, or damages involving the horse except where prohibited by applicable law.

The Horse Owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Stable from claims arising from the horse’s actions or behavior.

8. EMERGENCY VETERINARY CARE
In the event of illness, injury, or emergency, the Stable shall make reasonable efforts to contact the Horse Owner using the following emergency contact information:
