2. PERFORMANCE SERVICES

- Ethernet networking between all players
- Latest firmware installed
- Professional booth monitors
- Stable DJ booth platform
- Dedicated power supply

Alternative equipment requires prior written approval.

6. SOUNDCHECK

Artist shall be provided a minimum of [Time] minutes for soundcheck and equipment verification before doors open.

7. HOSPITALITY RIDER

Promoter shall provide:

- Private backstage access
- Bottled water

- Towels

8. MARKETING AND BILLING

- Artist retains ownership of all original performance rights.
- Artist may use approved recordings for self-promotion.

Commercial exploitation requires a separate written agreement.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, logos, branding, recordings, original music, and creative works remain the exclusive property of the Artist.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership rights to the Promoter.

11. EXCLUSIVITY AND RADIUS CLAUSE

Artist agrees not to perform publicly within a radius of [Miles/Kilometers] of the Festival venue during the period beginning [Number] days before and ending [Number] days after the Festival.

Exceptions require written approval from the Promoter.

12. CANCELLATION

If Promoter cancels:

More than 90 days before performance:
Deposit retained.

30-89 days before performance:
50% of total fee becomes due.

Less than 30 days before performance:
100% of total fee becomes due.

Travel expenses already incurred shall also be reimbursed.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to:

- Natural disasters
- War
- Government restrictions
- Public emergencies
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Severe travel disruptions
- Venue destruction

Parties shall attempt in good faith to reschedule the performance.

14. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

Artist is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of Promoter.

15. INSURANCE

Promoter shall maintain adequate event liability insurance covering the event venue and attendees.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Artist shall not be liable for:

- Venue equipment failures
- Sound system malfunctions
- Event cancellations outside Artist control
- Audience injuries
- Security incidents

17. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [State/Country].

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement, together with any attached Riders or Addendums, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
