14. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for cancellation caused by:

- Severe weather
- Government restrictions
- Public emergencies
- Venue closures
- Utility failures beyond reasonable control

The parties shall attempt to reschedule whenever practical.

15. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

The DJ is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of the Venue.

16. LIABILITY LIMITATION

The DJ shall not be liable for:

- Venue equipment failures
- Electrical issues
- Patron conduct
- Security incidents
- Venue operational problems

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
